Back to the Gym


I started gym again on the first Monday of the month. After 2 months of honeymoon with good food and good sleep I finally urged myself and dragged my feet on the treadmill. For the first day I managed a 30 minutes walk with a speed of 5.5. So for the third day which is today I successfully completed a 45 minutes walk at the speed of 5.6. Not much right? But I did feel good.

I am planning a straight weekdays gym routine so I am left with another 2 days this week. I hope to reduce my weight to 70 for a start. Once I reach 70 then I'll push to 60 and then 50 (hopefully).

Tomorrow is hubby's birthday and I plan to buy him a birthday cake. Oh wow, birthdays are suppose to be celebrated with birthday cakes! Since it is just the two of us so it is going to take time to finish the cake. BUT to tell the truth it will be gone, safe in the tummy before you know it. I thought of baking a red velvet cake at first but hubby does not like my cooking. I have the card ready just after Raya but hubby already knew I got him one. I really like to post a photo of the cake and the card in this entry but iPad 2 doesn't allow it.
