Cleaning the Fans

My neck sores whenever I clean the fans with the vacuum cleaner. I had to stretch my neck to look up all the time. My left hand will be holding the broom stick to prevent the blades from moving while the other hand holding the wand to position the brush nozzle. After a while the dirt got stubborn and refused to get sucked! Now my eyes are getting sore because of the unpleasant look of the blades accumulating dirt.

One fine morning I decided not to go to the gym. I climbed the dining table and started to scrub the dirt off the blades. At first it didn't work because I used a damp cloth. So I tried the scouring pad, dabbed it with Fab (or Daia?), scrubbed and scrubbed and finally the dirt came off.

Happy Birthday Love!

Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday dear hubby, happy birthday to you.......

Here's a choc mud cake, your favourite from Secret Recipe. And here's a cute birthday card just for you.

This is the first birthday celebrated in the house.

Hubby received two very big cakes from townies in England and Gombak. Oh, I must mention here that at last I did meet Resetti at his workplace in Animal Crossing Lets Go to the City! The street wasn't blocked by cones and I managed to get through. Resetti was very upset because no one is allow to sneak on him at his secret place.

View From the Balcony

When my husband first bought the house he chooses the unit facing the green landscape which was just across the highway. But now the view has changed into a pain in the eyes.

I would never had imagined that this could be happening. My wish was for the landscape to stay green forever. Little that I knew that the gov has his evil plan to build a mix development in that area.
