The Eczema
I went to register and see the doctor today, 16 June 2010 now that my mouth is itchy, red, extremely dry and flaky. This is my first time ever to get sick on the island. As expected I was diagnosed with eczema! Dr. Douglas Wilson told me that something must have happened that triggers the condition of the skin to develop eczema. I was prescribed with Hydrocortisone 1% cream (the one that was suggested by my friend, Dr. Shaheeda). I was surprised that the pharmacist near Market Street suggested a different cream when I asked for Hydrocortisone last month.

The Unfortunate Bank Holiday Weekend May 2010
The Eurovision Song Contest was held on Saturday, 29 May 2010 and unfortunately UK had a disastrous last place. Josh Dubovie who represented UK with "That Sounds Good to Me" hasn't got the 'power vocal' and the song wasn't excellent either. This year's winner was Germany with a very catchy song "Satellite" by Lena.
On 30 May, Tomas Berdych defeated Andy Murray at Roland Garros with straight sets. We never know when team GB will become the world number 1 tennis player.
And during Formula 1 Turkish Grand Prix Lewis Hamilton, British for McLaren won the race thanks to the collision between Red Bull team mates, Mark Webber and Sebastian Vettel. Not to forget Hamilton's team mate Jenson Button engaged in a firm but fair duel in the closing laps, racing wheel-to-wheel for victory eventually coming out second.
In a friendly match between England and Japan,a brace of 2 own goals from Japan's kamikaze defenders helped England secure an unconvincing victory of 2-1. From the look of it, England's hope to win the World Cup 2010 shattered.
The most unforgettable Bank Holiday weekend was when there was no electricity at our flat. Yup, I thought it will never happen in gazillion years in UK. Not just our flat, residents of flat 1 and 2 suffered too.

Who Would You Like to Come to Town?
I would love to have Gala as one of my Animal Crossing townies. She's very cute with patches of flowers on her face.
I met her once at the city and fell in love with her immediately. I hope she will move to my town soon.
Apart from Gala, Savannah is also one of my favourite townies in Animal Crossing. She's a zebra.
I met Savannah at one of my friends' town and was trying hard to please her. I visited her more than once so that she will remember me and decides to move to my town.
The other desirable townie would be Maple, the cute teddy bear.
I heard about Maple from my friend Kimmy. No wonder she's crazy about Maple because Maple is such an adorable teddy.

My Beloved Opal left England
On Tuesday 6 April 2010 I lost the most cutest, snootiest townie from England, my Animal Crossing Wild World town. Who else but Opal the baby elephant. I was very sad and not in the mood to do anything. Perhaps I was too attached to my townies especially Opal. 
On 8 April 2010 Tipper, a baby cow moves in to replace Opal. Fortunately she is very cute and she lives in the same spot as Opal lived before.
I miss Opal. I miss her eyes puffed with Ms Nintendique's mascara. She loves to wear new designs we have at Able Sisters'. I remember attending her birthday party with Gabi and gave her the loveliest shirt I had for present. I was hoping for Opal to come back. I know it is not going to be easy but I still hope someday she moves back because she misses me. I hope the other townies in her new town will treat her nice. She is snooty that's for sure but she sure is adorable!

Where to Visit
I was in the North East of England from 1997 to 1999 in Yorkshire. I got the chance to visit several places in England while studying. I have been to the South West of England, Devon & Cornwall and even Land's End. Visited friends in Manchester, Stoke-on-Trent and Nottingham. Of course, the big city, London. I lived and worked in London from 2006 to 2007. And experience the tax haven of the Channel Islands, i.e. Guernsey.
Before heading back home, I wish to visit Scotland especially Edinburgh and Ireland especially Dublin. Although I was in the United Kingdom for so many times, I have not had the chance to visit those 2 places. Since I have been to Land's End, why not John O Groats? Apart from that, I wish to visit Wales, Cymru...Looks like I have not completed my United Kingdom journey. Oh well, South East and North West of England...I was asking, when will that be?
Lucky for me I have been to several places in Europe. Disneyland Paris, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Barcelona, Rome, Vatican City and business trip to Zurich. Oh yes, I have been to North Africa, Morocco, the best eating trip in history!
Not only Europe, I have been to the Middle East, United Arab Emirates. Lived in Abu Dhabi for a year. Encountered the hot and humid summer and cool and windy winter. I need to mention here, people stare at you all the time. Those Indians, Pakistanis and Bangladeshis.....hey, I am NOT an alien you know! How rude! Living in Abu Dhabi means a few trips to Dubai, a 2 hour journey.
The thought of heading back home means no more European acquaintance. It will be costly to travel to Europe once you are in the Far East. Probably Far Eastern countries to consider? Well, I have not been to Indonesia, Thailand and even Singapore! Not to mention, the Philippines. Perhaps Japan, South Korea and China. They are much more interesting. I would love to visit Tokyo, Seoul and exploit their high speed internet broadband. Hey, what about HELLO KITTY? Even nicer...watch DA PUMP in action or bump into Kimura Takuya....
Since I do not have a job, I do not own money. First thing first, get a job, save and then dream for a nice vacation....abroad, I mean.

The Tudors Series
It's official! I finished the Tudors series by Philippa Gregory on 8 March 2010.
The series in chronological order:
1) The Constant Princess
2) The Other Boleyn Girl
3) The Boleyn Inheritance
4) The Queen's Fool
5) The Virgin's Lover
6) The Other Queen
They are the best books that I have ever read. Probably because I love history very much. I got an A1 in History for my O'Levels. I know now that I hate accounting and finance. I should have majored in History instead of Accountancy. I should have worked very very hard to get into Oxford or Cambridge. Accounting is something that I CAN do but not something that I LOVE to do. Well, actually my childhood ambition is to be a pianist and perform on stage LOL!
